There have been a lot of changes in our lives over the past few months, and many more are just around the corner as a new school year starts. As I'm going through new teacher orientation and getting my room and office in order, many things come to my mind that I miss about South Bend.
-Wal-Mart
-Knowing my students before they ever enter my room
-Starting the year with chapel
-Seeing how much my last class grew over the summer
-The short walk to the copy machine
-Having a computer at school that is new enough to read a flash drive
-Knowing the school's routines
-Having a yard for Faith to play in
-My washer and dryer
-A basement to store junk in
-Having a library, park, pool, and zoo within walking distance
-A garage for easy stroller storage
-Hacienda
Although there are many things I miss, there is also so much to look forward to!
